Hi Jim, found the exhaust bracket and the original attachment of the passenger board. Took some pics. Maybe that makes it clear how the stuff was mounted.
In the third picture where you see the bolt, is where your passenger peg is screwed in. There is a small hole under there where the pin on the support fits in.
The set-up is probably a bit different for your bike, but should be similar.
You should be able to find support brackets for the Fatboy lo in the HD accessory catalog. You can then choose the passenger boards you want. (guess the half moon ones to match the front)
I also attached the pic I got send by the dealer in Kuala Lumpur when they had the bike ready for delivery. Only pic I can find with original exhaust and boards. Your exhaust runs slightly different than mine.
