Default Deuce Wheel Recomendations

OK I have two questions... BTW I have a 2003 FXSTD

1. Front: Just bought a 21" HD Thunderstar chrome front wheel for my bike. What recomendations on a replacement tire? Current tire on the stock wheel needs to be replaced anyway, hence prompting me to by a new front wheel.

2. Rear: I have always like the slotted chrome or fatboy rear wheel. I do not care for the deuce solid aluminum that came on the bike. However when i look up the two (slotted and fat boy) however they only appear to come in 16" and my current is a 17". I would think larger wheel lower profile wide tire would look better. What are my options and what are most people going with? I have seen a few it looks like they fit 18" on the deuce. Be cool to have a 200 series but not sure if I can without a bunch of cutting and grinding. Guessing a 180 on a 17" chromed deuce wheel will be my best bet.
