Congratulations you will love that bike. And the best advice I can give you is never look at the nighttrain pictures thread because if you do you will be broke soon after.
Well finally got around to taking some pics of the new bike. Woke up at 6 am so I could clean, polish the chrome, and detail the matte paint. 4 hours worth of work, but she looked great. Until about 5 minutes of riding and all this yellow pollen flying through the air got all over it...

Already got a lot of mods done to it. Want to put the factory pegs/mirrors back on. Then I'm thinking a garage leathers swing arm bag, and eventually the heartland rear fender/seat kit.

What did you use to detail the black?
The Garage Leathers swing arm bag is definitely the way to go. I love mine!
Welcome to the forum and crew. Good folks and info here. I started with suzuki off road bikes, then a honda 750 (hidden in garage from my wife, sell it for furnature...NOT). Enjoy and ride safe.
