Default loctite

So I just put the easy effort clutch kit in my 05 train and love it. My question is when I put everything back together I didn't put loctite on the header pipe nuts cause the manual didn't say to put it on,and it doesn't look like there was any there before.I torqued everything to specs, and after two rides now I had to retorque the nuts, I suppose from the heat. So should I put loctite on them or just keep my eye on them? Thanks for any advise,Gary

No on the loctite for the exhaust flanges.Just about everywhere else though ,it's a real good idea

Agree with above...No need on the flanges, just check them now and then.....

No lock-tite as stated, you should always recheck your exhaust flange nuts after 100 miles or so, if you had just installed them. Especialy if you replaced the gaskets.

Might want to put some anti-sieze on them though....it's harder than hell to replace a broken exhaust stud when you twist it off flush with the head. I know from experience.
