Any OEM quality aftermarket spoke wheels availible ?
I was out riding on friday when my rear tire blew out. After I pulled off to the side of the road I saw my rear rim had split apart in two places about an inch above the tire bead. The rim splitting is what cause the tire to blow, I guess this happens very rarely from what I read online. Its a chrome 16 inch 40 spoke wheel on a 1997 heritage. The front wheel is oem , the rear turns out is an aftermarket wheel with no markings on it. Dealer says new harley rim is 550 plus bearings.

Aftermarket is gonna cost WAY more than a HD wheel. I'd look for a used Fatboy wheel on ebay, get it polished smooth, and run that on the rear. You can't see much of it for the bags anyway.
