The eliminators plug into the wiring harnesses leading to the ECM. The plugs fill the holes in the O2 sensor bungs that are welded into the exhaust pipes. Two totally different things.
I have the eliminators in, any downfall to them opposed to the plugs?
You're not getting it, amigo. This isn't an "either/or" situation. The eliminators and the plugs are not interchangeable. The eliminator is an electrical connector with a resistor that plugs into a wiring harness. The "plugs" are threaded bolts that screw into the threaded holes in your exhaust pipes where the actual O2 sensors are normally located. Here's a photo of one of the plugs. If you want to physically remove the O2 sensors, you need both the eliminators and the plugs.

If anyone is still interested in the size and thread pitch of the O2 bung it is 18mm x 1.5mm

I got my plugs from Verocious Motorsports. They have the zinc ones as well as stainless. I went with the stainless for $3.00 each and $7.00 to ship em.

If have an 07 bike and if your going with a PCIII or any unit that eliminates the need for the O2's and you want a clean look, you might check into ordering pipes for an 06. In hind-sight, this is what I should have done. The pipes are cheaper, cleaner looking, and no need to order additional parts to plug the dang hole! I spoke with Vance and Hines yesterday and they told me the 06 Big Radius pipes are the exact same as the 07, minus the O2 mounts. I should have verified this before ordering, just didnt think about it! I bet other pipes are the same, same mounts, just dont have the O2 deals on em. Would have saved about $40.00!

I would not use any eliminators on the o2 sensors. The stock ECU needs the input from the sensors. The PCIII will compensate by adding more fuel to run the engine on the rich side to avoid being lean. Personally I have used the fuel pak with my big shots

Advantage?
