Default 68000042 Custom Auxiliary Lighting Kit

Has anyone installed the 68000042 Custom Auxiliary Lighting Bracket Kit to a 2010+ FatBoy or FatBoy Lo?

I tried searching for it but couldn't find any related threads.

Thanks

If anyone wanted to know, this kit will not fit! The holes are off by about 1/2"

It could fit with some creative machine shop work, but not sure if it's worth the hassle. I do know that the auxiliary lights from a 2010 Softail Deluxe will fit.

Thanks

Looks like you got hung out to dry on this thread. I recently installed a light bar on my Fat Boy, but used the full chrome bar, aftermarket 55w lights and the factory turn signals hanging underneath the lights. I was always amazed the Fat Boys never came with spots while the Deluxe and Heritage did. Oh well, I think my Fatty looks way better with the lights, and the added safety aspect is virtually priceless.

I dig the full light setup on a Fat Boy. I went with the traditional set up too, so I'm no help.

A buddy of mine has a 2010 Softail Deluxe that has this same kit in chrome, but with the correct spacing for the bolts (same as the Fatboy Lo).

But I can't seem to find the part numbers for them. Anyone have any ideas?

Bikerlaw, I bit the bullet and went and bought the kit to try it out since I had no responses LOL. Looks like I'm returning it tomorrow morning. :-(

I did order the standard kit made for the Fatboy Lo, but I'm not too fond of the bar, was looking for a cleaner look.

So I got this kit to work and look factory installed on my Fatboy Lo. I drilled and tapped the side plates..

By the way HD makes a ring similar to your headlight ring but not in black. You
could get it power coated. HD 69732-05
