What other years and models have the same style tank as an 08 Crossbones? I'm looking for a tank to match some Crossbones fenders and want to widen my search if possible. Thanks for any help.
Tanks are the same for all softails except the rocker.
Part number primed tank is 61625-08, they made a change in 2008 (to fuel pump fitting inside tank)
Good info, Thanks.
Do you know why some tanks have the small vent tube on the front and some not? These two tanks are both supposed to be 2008 softtail tanks. One has the vent, one does not.
True, but no Duece made in 2008 and later ... and he will need a 2008 or later tank or else have problems with his fuel pump ...
Yeah long time due to internet problems ...

Don't know, but I wouldn't buy the tank without a vent ... there are plenty to be had with vent. I have a 2008 and 2009 tank and both have the vent ... 2011 tanks onwards seem to be without the vent?
Note: Just found that the 2011 tanks have part number 61625-11.

Reason: added 2011 part number fuel tank
