Welcome to the Forum from Colorado.
Yes, this is a Big Twin. Bigger and heavier than WG. 21,000 is not too many for an '02. Actually about right. Worth a look. Any service history? Hope this helps

Check out the NADA book on it. Never mind the chrome when negotiating. The people that put it on think its worth every penny, but its not, sooo.... is it tricked out the way you can live with til you can afford to change? We can see it has pipes, what about intake mods? Looks to be EFI, does it have a tuner, such as a PCIII or similar? When were the fluids serviced? Just stuff to ask about. Like the purple-don't see too many.

Welcome from MN!
With the low center of gravity the Fatboy will handle better than a Dyna even though it is bigger and heavier of a bike. Its hard for me to envision anybody not liking a Fatboy, it's a great bike.

Looks like a nice bike. Fat Boys are very nice. Like others have said, check KBB and don't give em anything for the chrome add ons, they mean nothing with regards to the worth of the bike. I just bought my Softail Custom a month or so ago and the chrome means squat.. unless YOU want to pay for it.

One question though, where are the front turn sigs?

Don't get me wrong, I love the look of a bike without turn sigs but here in California if the bike is newer than a 73', it is law that it have front and backs. I'm pretty sure it is the same where you live, although check it out because if not, run without em!
