I wasn't too impressed with my brake either so installed a floating disc and 6 piston caliper. Much better control and stopping power. Wanted to do the dual caliper/disc swap but too expensive. On my new FB I'm waiting on a 13" disc to match my Gasser wheel and have the 6 piston caliper sitting on the bench.
