Default cold hesitation

I have a 04 Heritage Classic FI with Python slip ons and SE A/C and the Harley download for the ECM. I have had a problem show up the last couple of weeks and looking for ideas. This seems to only be a problem after riding it to work and letting it sit for a few hours. I usually start the bike and let it warm up about a minute or so before taking off ( I live in Alaska so temps are usually in the mid 60's) when giving it some throttle it cuts out on me. It doesn't die just spits and sputters for a few seconds. After it warms up a little more it goes away. This doesn't happen when I start it up in the morning, only after it has been ridden then sitting for a couple hours or so. I have cleaned the throttle body and had to replace the IAC but it hasn't had any affect on the problem.

never had this on my bike,, but yrs ago when cars and mowers did it, most of the time it was the coils going bad..

If U haven't replace the plug wires in a while, it wouldn't hurt to do that anyway... Get the new SE wires.. better than the stockers and only $3.00 more..

May give that a try since they appear to be original wires. Bought the bike in January and has been running fine until a couple weeks ago.
