07 Rear Wheel
Hi guys, had a question about the rear wheel on the softail customs. I currently have a V-Rod with the aluminum solid wheels and they are a pain to stay on top of. I was wondering whether this softail custom rear wheel is the same since it isn't chromed? Or did Harley clearcoat it, so it is easier to keep clean and free from pitting?

It's highly polished aluminum without a clear coat.
They are easy to take care of, just soap and water.
Ifyou try to polish them, you better know what you are doing because they will show swirl marks very easily.
