Interested,,,I put the handle bar controls off a 98 Electra Glide on my Deluxe with the intent of putting on cruise and using the switch on the handlebars as the controls. I want to use the volume for my sirius radio,,,,when I find something that will work.
Last year the wife sold her VTX and bought a 07 Deluxe. Biggest selling point was it had "factory" cruise on it. She did NOT want a black bike but I have a bud with a paint shop. And now she's OK with black, Yay! I dont have to paint it! Appears to be all HD parts. I didn't think it was an option. She is the 3rd owner. 1st owner was a HD employee who must have reverse engineered the application. 2nd owner had no info. (and only 12K mi on the bike!!) I could post up pics but lets just say there's probably no way I'll get this Corbin to fit with the stuff under the seat.
Last year I met a guy at a conference who had a Heritage that he said had factory cruise it. I thought he was wrong, but maybe a few years back they did have cruise on them.
