I have both seats. For me, the slim seat gets uncomfortable on longer rides (very little padding). However, I do like the look of it much more. I keep the original one around for longer rides.
Check out the Danny Gray Buttcrack solo seat. Looks damn good and is pretty comfy. I rode a friends bike that has one and it is well worth the asking price. I'm asking Santa Claus for one this Christmas for my Blackline.

I agree with Nocturnalnature. I have the Danny Grey Buttcrack Solo gel, and I also bought the pillion with gel for my wife. I love the seat, it is better that the stock seat and also looks pretty good.
Here is a pic solo, and a pic with the pillion and backrest on.
Sorry to jump back into this conversation late. But how much did you spend on the seats. I went to the website and couldn't find the price of the pillion. I emailed them and they still haven't got back to me. I'm still shopping around. Corbin are too much cash. I was thinking about mustang tripper if they ever release a seat soon. If not the Danny grey might be my only opinion.
Shipping was fast and everything went smooth. The cost of shipping was a little high imho though. They were both in the same box, but they charged me both the seperate shipping fees. If you do order there maybe ask if they will combine to give you a better price.
