I have the TTS on mine. If I was in the market for a tuner today, I most likely would go for the Power Vision. The TTS also only works for one bike only, unless you order one for two bikes.

Yeah, unfortunately that is the one drawback to a tuner, once it marries itself to the bike, thats it unless you want to pay extra to have it cleared. You'd think they could make a tuner that once you installed the stock program back to the bike, the tuner could then be uncoupled from the bike and used on another one. I've used tuners for years on diesel trucks and they are that way, kinda surprised Harley tuners aren't the same.

Isn't it something like $200 to unlock the Power Vision so you can use it with a different bike?

I'm not sure of the cost to unlock the PV, but I'd say $200 is in the neighborhood.

If the Power Vision is 'unlocked' can it be used on multiple bikes?
Or does it mean its cleared, and ready to be married to a single new bike?

Power Vision on the handlebars will also give you instant readings on anything the computer is monitoring such as Engine Temp, RPM, MPH, Gear, Knock Sensors Etc. I don't even look at my speedo anymore.

PC-V would be real sweet for your stage 1 set up.
Your bike will run probably noticably better and it will give you some ummpphhh as well.
$300.
