Default What Cams You Running?

What cams you fellas running in your 96" engine? Not asking about 103 or 107 big bore engines. Looking for more of Stage 1 with cams. If you guys have dyno charts or dyno numbers please post them as well.

Thanks!

Looks like you ride solo, are you looking for peak horse power of low end torque?

Either way you will find a ton of information in the links at the top of the page, or just click on this:

If U look at the top of the Softail section..

1. U'll see some threads call "Sticky"" That means there their all the time...

2. Their are only 4 of them....

3. Look for till U find/see the one of the four that is Titiled---
"DYNO" Numbers For SOFTAILS"

I started the thread in the Softail section 4yrs ago just for questions like Urs, when I was looking for a cam and wanted info..
There is over 600 members that have posted what they did, what cams and pipes they used along with dyno's sheets.. well some posted the sheets.

And Yes if U look at the first post in there U'll see my dyno sheets, stock and after cams.

If that's not enough U can go to the Touring section and look up the Sticky Dyno thread for them also. over 3400 results and sheets in that one .

DYNO Numbers for Baggers

If U cant' find them then here's the links...

I am running Wood 555 cams with a stage 1 (big sucker, PC III, V&H BSS) and I absolutely love them. I have not had it dyno tuned, just running the map that fuelmoto loaded but the place that installed it said everything is running smooth....and they do dyno tuning and so forth so you would think they would try to sell me on it, but they didn't.

I am thinking about doing a dyno run on it just to see where my numbers are so as soon as I do, I will post them. Your numbers would probably be really similar to mine.

Well I'm pretty set on either Andrews 48H or SE 204 cams. Need some more torque in the low to mid range. Just trying to see what you guys are running.

I am running Se204 cams with a K&N a/c, and TTS Mastertune. I have not had it dyno'd, but runs great, and runs great with the wife on the back.

I went with the 555 CAMS because of the info on the FuelMoto site. It seems to get more HP and TQ and to me it pulls through all the rpms very nice.
