Be careful, The price they quoted you is to pull it around into the shop and "take a look at it". If they do anything to it they will tack on extra for each thing they do. I went through this a couple weeks ago when I asked about the 50K mile service. If you have a service manual and some tools, you can save yourself a ton of money. I went through the entire 50K mile service checklist from the dealer myself, ended up costing me about $175 in parts/fluids. Took me the weekend to finish. Well worth it because I basically serviced the ENTIRE bike. Pretty sure they would've charged me over $1k to do it all. Like someone else said, they can't void your warranty as long as you save your receipts.
