Default Headlight bulb

Hey guys, I've read a few threads about bulbs and there are a ton of different options out there. I'm not sure the differences in electrical systems between models, so I want to hear from the FX guys. I dont want to burn any wires or anything. Mine is an '01 FXST, I'm assuming most if not all the FX's would be about the same. I'm just wanting to replace the stock bulb to something brighter, stock sucks. Thanks for any feedback

For just a bulb, I suggest the Osram NightBreaker. Much Brighter than stock. Others in here have tried or use stronger bulbs with varying degrees of success. I would also suggest changing the light itself. I have an Adjure Tri-Bar Black dot. Love the pattern and brightness.

I went with the PIAA H4 Extreme White (12v 60/55) for my Deuce. No problems and a LOT brighter over stock. I really like it.
