MCT, what version did you go with the white ring for the fronts or just regular run/turn type, did you get new lenses too?

I am thinking about the white ring style so I will have some added light up front, under some smoked lenses

 

Since I have had these for a few years I have only the amber up front and red at the rear. I don't believe they had the option, then. What is nice about the amber is they burn at the bright setting like running lights, and then blink on and off for turn. The back ones, of course, burn low for running and then high for brake and turn. Don't forget you need the 1157 style for the back, as well as the front. You also have the option of the Moon Shinez which are bright white. I have the smoked lenses, (they actually sell them and are a lot cheaper than the H-D kit. The led's do not appear diminished at all with these lenses. My wife's Fat Boy Lo and my Slim are all blacked-out and I see her lights easily from front or rear. I like to get rid of any color on these Denim Black bikes, no reflectors, etc. The ones with the rings sound like a good idea, too.
