Question Progressive Drop In Question...

How difficult is it to install on a 06" Fat Boy? Any pics on the install or any advice is welcomed. Thanks...P.S. Riding a Shotgun in the rear...Thanks again...

its not hard at all, but you will need to pull the fork legs and then just cut the spacer to your desired length, pull the old springs out and put the new ones in, it quite simple, good luck

Very easy, just be careful when taking the cap off, those stock springs are under a lot of tension. I loosened them most of the way, then used a socket covered with a towel to finish them off. That way if the cap slipped out of my hand it wouldn't go shooting towards my face. Have had my forks apart more than I care to remember, this is by far the easiest mod.

If you leave the forks on the bike when doing the mod, make sure you have front end supported, once you loosen cap.bike will drop.

I have a 2004 Heritage, the Deluxe should be the same.
