Although I have the SS's on my bike and ride it slammed most of the time anyway, with just a tad of rebound on it. Besides, IMHO, if you ain't throwing sparks, you ain't riding!!
Got everything installed. Took me longer due to my jack not leaving me much room to get my big hands in there. Dropped it 1.5 inches. Took pics, before and after with my phone. But I'll be dipped if I can find them now to post.
Now I need a lil advise. I want to stiffen the shocks. I have the tools, but can't get to the 1 1/6 bolt with the bike on my jack or on the ground. Any ideas how to loosen the bolts? Cut my wrench in half, lol?????

If you have 4 jack stands you can jack it up and lay it on the stands so you can slide the jack out from under while working. A couple 6x6's stacked front and rear of frame works pretty good too.

Yeah, I have 4 jack stands, didn't think of that yesterday. I'll give it a try.
Sorry I was away from the forum for a few days, I had a death in the family so I had to travel and deal with a few things.
Bocifus,
Glad you got the kit so quick and are happy with it. Definitely post some pics here so we can see how it came out. We're also going to be updating the customer gallery section of our site shortly, so email me some pics if you want and we'll post them up on our site also, along with some other forum members who have sent us pics.
Dieselsmith,
Unfortunately, we were required to raise the price on our site by $10, but anyone who is interested in buying a kit, just PM me here or send me an email through our site (and by the way, anyone can always feel free to email me directly about anything at al@deadcreekcycles.com), and I will give you a promo code that you can use to save the $10 and bring it back down to the original price. Hope this helps.
Well I got my kit for my Deuce from Dead Creek in the mail monday. Due to work and the nasty weather from Issac I wasn't able to get it put on until today. I got off work earlier than expected and the weather was nice so after i installed it i went for a test ride. IMO i think it rides better than stock and really changed the looks. SUPER EASY to install, took me about 15-20 min tops and i was riding. I just want to give a big thanks to Al and DCC for the great customer service. I will get some pics up as soon as i can.
