Headlight and Tailight question (07 Softail Custom)
I added some smoke turn signal lens with chrome caps. I would like for my headlight to have that same look. Do they make a lens or cap to give it the same look as the turn signals or do I need to buy a whole new headlight?
Also, are there any other options for a tailight other than the TRI LED light? I wonder how a chrome cover would look over my stock light? I like the TRI LED light but just want ideas if there are any others to choose from.Headlight and Tailligh question
Really can't think of a better option than the tri-bar. In my opinion it's a slam dunk with that style rear fender. I love mine.
Maybe in one of the picture threads you'll find something you'll like better.

Yea, I like the TRI Bar. But I also thought about just doing a chrome cover for my stock light...just not sure how good it would look. I just wish they made several options to choose from as far as lights.
Not sure, but the only headlight I've seen that is dark is a HID. But I haven't looked since I put my Adjure Tri-Bar on. I too, love the Tri Bar tail light, but it won't work with the sixpack rack, which I use every day. There are several smoked taillights available.

For the headlight, I just want something that matches more with my turn signals now. I thought maybe they carried a new lens with a cap, like the turn signals that I could just pop on.
With the tail light, I am just not crazy the way the stock one sticks out past the fender (which is why most probably like the TRI bar one). I was hoping they made an aftermarket light that was a plug and play but was more flush with the fender. Guess not. Lol
I'm pretty sure the stock tailight lens is the same as the other Harleys.....Dyna's, Sportsters, Fatboys....just flipped upside down for our fenders. Take a look at some of the "lay-down" style lights. They look a lot better and come in many varieties on eBay.

I put on a clear LED one from D2Moto. Fits inside the hole back there much better. Plug and play. I haven't seen a cover. But haven't looked, either.

Yea, I think that's what I am looking for... a lay down type. I have seen quite a few different ones but none that say they fit my bike.
