I have a similar setup 39" cholos 21" up front, I was originally thinking of going with a 120/70/21 like you but I wanted to run whitewalls and I could only find 1 company that made them, vee rubber... I have never herd of them and nobody I knew has ran their tires so I just went with the 2.15, you have much more of a tire selection... anyway I went with the progressive 2" lowering kit in the front end and some adjustable hiem joints on the shocks to level it out some, eventually I'm going to put air ride on it. I am also just running a 16" rear not an 18", I scrape my pipes a lot more than I'd like to (but I live in Mass and the roads are HORRIBLE!) and like I said I dropped it 2" in the front... so my advice is yes drop it the full 2" the first time or you'll be scraping a lot and probably end up dropping it the 2" anyway

I'm dropped 2" up front and running a 21" wheel...been riding with that wheel and drop since 07 and I've had zero problems.

I've been on the fence about going back to stock height lately though...I'm sorta wanting a more "tail dragging" look when the bike is slammed.

Something for ya to consider...if you like that look, then you may want to keep it stock...or at most go down 1".

2" down in front and the bike sittin on rubber in the rear...pretty much puts you down in the weeds

With that much extra height up front and those long pipes, the pipes don't look right angled down to the ground in the back. They should be as close to level as you can reasonably get. Lower away.
