I recently purchased a '96 Heritage Softail Nostalgia, and would like to retire the bags and replace with some very similar to the Heritage bags. Anyone have any suggestions?
Quite a few people are converting there Heritage into Softail Baggers & installing hard bags on & taking their leather ones off. I would bet if you search the classifieds here as well as eBay and your local Craigs List, you will find some take offs that are like new.. Good luck in your search!!

Thanks, I have been reading the classifieds here and so far, nothing. Looked on the list and noting there either. I even have word out at my HD dealer with a few friends there to keep me in mind if someone asks if anyone is looking to buy. I m trying to cover all the bases I can. That is why I posted here as well hoping that maybe someone would want to sell a pair. Can't buy them outright due to low income. Took it all from the pocket to get this ride!
I'll keep my eyes open & let you know if I find anything that will work on your ride!!
I do appreciate that.
The bags I now have are the originals and even have the harley Davidson on the buckles. The bags are a bit small for me and I really like the Heritage Softail bags they have out now. Large enough to almost live in! lol

What price range are you looking to stay within? Hard bags or leather bags?
