In search of pics. Specifically, those who have painted to match fender struts.... other than black (seen numerous on google search). Was able to find a couple on Ryan Reeds website, thats about it.
I seen it done on a Red Softail and IMO, it looked really bad. It looked cheap. Maybe that why we don't see it done often. Black bikes with Black struts can pull it off real well, but other colors ... probably not.

Strutless would be fine........if I hadnt bought bags I thought I just had to have. I think I will try it. Worse case scenario, it looks like sh*t and I gotta buy a couple of new ones.
Sure, why not. You can get new struts from Jireh for around $50.00. And the quality is equal to OEM. If you can, sand blast those pups so the paint will adhere real good.
