I have a 2002 Deuce FXSTD and was trying to find a radical paint set for it but I can't seem to understand which paint sets fit my model. I found several on ebay that say they fit 00-07 but when I click on them they say they only fit a particular year. Any advice would be appreciated.
They all fit, earlier models have holes for carbed models, but they can be plugged to work with EFI.
Word of caution, be careful buying them on eBay. Never know what the inside of the tank looks like (rusted/peeling) or the condition of the tins themselves. Sure, if there's a problem you can file a claim and hope to get reimbursed but you'll still had to pay to ship em back.
In my opinion your better off having your own tins painted the way you want them. Which is what i did over the winter. If your into some damn nice work, Look for hagen kustoms in mason city iowa, the guy has serious talent.
