Deuce Question
My new "to Me" Deuce will be on a truck heading my way by tomorrow. Yahooo !!!!
I'm not crazy about the color (sorry Kelly) so I'm considering picking up a Paint Set in a different sceme. Can anyone enlighten me on what will fit and not fit on a 2001 EFI Deuce?
Also anyone know the origin of the "Deuce" name. I've heard, first produced in "2" thousand, "2" inches longer wheelbase due to rake, and the backbone is "2" inches longer? Anyone know for sure.
I will probalby have lots more questions in the future. Thanks for any help.

The name deuce wasderived fromFX Softail 2 hence "deuce" from the book "Harley Davison 100 years" writtenby Willie G himself have to check on alot of the pre 2004 paint sets were either FI OR Carb

As the other guy said, check out www.attitudeflamepainting.com for some of the nicest paint around. I hav had two sets done by Scott and his pretty wife Jody. He will answer a question or two if you contact them. Tell them Jon on the Magic Deuce told you to ask him.
