I average 48 to 52, but have gotten as low as 46, and as high as 55. That is on my 99 carbed EVO with drag pipes and K&N air cleaner. 45 pilot jet, and 180 main. I am a happy camper. The time I got 55 I had a nice 30 mph tail wind for well over a 100 miles.

My 09 Heritage has averaged 44 mpg for the 3000 miles I have owned it. Stage one and Vance and Hines longshots.

"02 FXD w/Kur.Hypercharger, mild Crane cam, Crane lifters, removal Windshield and Metzeler ME880. On a round trip from Salem, AL to Springfield, LA varied between 49 to 52 mpg with 30# of gear, I weigh 232#. When FXD was stock got about 39 to 42 mpg on same trip. All these add-ons and mods were with mpg performance in mind. GOOD LUCK!

Lowest I've got on my '02 Heritage since I bought it 3 years ago is 42 mpg. Highest 49mpg.

I can live with that all the time.
