Default 08 Heritage Which compensator
My wife has an 08 and I was wondering if it would have the old style compensator or not..It bangs pretty bad on start up ?

Yep, unless it has been upgraded by a prior owner, it'll have the old style. I have an '08 that banged pretty bad but I figured that was normal. When I got it back after my 1,000 mile checkup it didn't bang anymore. I guess the dealer performed some kind of service on it. Works fine now but someday I'll probably get it upgraded.

Yep. I believe the SE one's are stock on 2010+.

Thank you guys.I bought the bike new,did not know which one it had.I replaced the one in my 07 RK MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD..
