Default tank bolt won't budge help!

So I'm trying to remove my tank bolt that is near the seat so i can slide tank back but this thing will not budge. It's a t40, i tried screwdriver nothing, wrench nothing, neighbor brought over breaker bar still nothing? I'm a big strong dude and this thing will not move. Any advice?

Have you tried any of the penetrating lubes for stuck bolts? PB blaster, etc.. Might be worth a shot. If not, drill that sob out and replace it with new.

If I was worried about the paint I would use a soldering iron.

Use an impact. If you can't get one try tapping on it when you are to loosen it. At times that helps.

Yeppers,, at work we used to use pent oil, then smack the bolt, it works sometimes. Also we used hammer Hand impact driver like below.

If U use impact gun make sure U hold down good, don't strip the head or U will have to use drill.
