STL - the rear end is a 240 Phatail kit and fender that comes with that kit. As far as the single throttle, when I release the throttle the snap back of the grip is faster than I have ever seen on this bike wih three previous sets of bars and grips, and they all had the dual cable setup. I thought the longer cables might cause more resistance, but the snap back is very fast and positive. There is plenty of spring pressure at the throttle body to return the grip to the original position.
