I went with black and chrome with diamond spokes, but I also Powder Coated my front forks. Don't really think you can go wrong, just depends on which direction you want to go with your bike.

Either will look gerat on your scoot but I think that the Chrome rims wills tand out more. The black wills till look killer, especially with white walls as the whitewalls will really make the black rims pop.
Thanks for the help guys. Close one here, I went with chrome only because looking at the bikes with black I feel I need to black out the front end and I don't want to do that. So chrome it is be in in a few weeks.
"Mature" biker here, certified "chrome *****" so you know my answer! I think the chrome will bring the lines better on your bike and show better. This of course is JMHO!!!
Tbone U no's I really like U bike..
U also no's I think that WW's look a lot better with 2 tone color with the white on top and dark on the side's like Ur is.. IMO its the best..
Buttttt. wit a solid color ( black) I think with the WW''s the Black rims,, Basically give the look of Black- white- Black.. Which I think is what really balances the total overall look of the bike. (Just me view of it..)
