Hello I am new to these forums
I will be purchasing a 2013 Blackline at the end of the month.
I plan on removing the rear fender, fender struts, and horns.
I want to mount the fender on the swingarm.
My question is, with all that stuff removed will a 18x5.5 wheel
with a 180 tire fit in the swingarm?
If it fits, is there any other modifications I will need to do to get
everything to line up?
The reason I am asking is because I plan on doing a number of
modifications right away and want to start sourcing and ordering
parts now.
I think it will fit, but you'll probably need spacers and new pully and belt for starters. Best to check dimensions on a fatboy swingarm and yours though. My Heritage, for example, is supposed to have the same size swingarm as the 07 fatboy. Big expense unless you're 100% sure though.
