What exactly would you be coating? The whole bar, whatever it would be, I don't think it would hold up very well, just my opinion though

I seem to remember someone on here plasti dipped their fork legs looked good in the pics, maybe he'll chip in and let you know how they're holding up to wear and tear.

I did mine awesome forks look good im jusg thinking about handlebars

If the forks turned out ok I should imagine the bars will as well, if all black is your thing go for it
