I hear you on the service I always have to double check there work...One thing I did notice the grease zerk fittling on the neck is DRY. I bet you are correct on the neck bearing at least I hope you are. When I called the dealer I did tell them I have a wobble arounf 70 mph I have bought 3 bikes from them so lets hope they don't just push it through but you never know...

Reason: spelling
Just cause Ur Zerk is dry don't mean Ur bearing are dry.
I will say the first time I greased mine it tool a "LOT" of grease to fill the neck before I got any out of the bearings and there are lot of others in here that have said the same. Seems like the bearings are greased at the factory, but they don't fill the neck so if U just put 3-5 squirts of grease in the neck zerk that small amount won't force any grease into Ur neck bearings.
Also the grease that HD uses it not Ur regular car wheel bearing grease.
I use the Neck bearing grease from HD and bought a grease gun only for them.
Its a heavier grease that stays in there better and won't run out of the neck like auto wheel bearing grease will.
I now do mine every oil change.

I understand that grease just ont flow out of the zerk if its full but this thing doesnt even look like its had a gun on it..I might be just hoping it is the bearing LOL..bottom line is this something is screwed up no bike should have a wobble like this, by wobble i mean it feels like the rear end is lose but as we all know that can come from the front of the bike by me trying to counter steer the bike to correct the sway...
It's easy to test the neck bearing, jack it up, turn the bars all the way 1 way and count the times it swings until it stops, tilt the bars the opposite direction and let her go again, count the number of swings to a full stop in the center. Not sure but I think the goal is 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 swings
Had the same problem and it turned out to be the steering head bearings needed a good crank. Apparenrly the stealer didn't notice/bother at the 1000km service!!!!

OP, I believe you may be onto something here. I wouldn't have expected this with your bike at 10K , However, my back wheel bearings went out at 23K and it gave my front a wobble. The wobble didn't happen all the time just in cornering. But something to consider if you have changed the rear out, wheel etc. Just one more thing to consider.
