Speedo cable tip stuck in wheel mount sensor
The speedo cable on my '95 Heritage tore itself to pieces but left the square tip in the sensor mounted to the front wheel. I'd like to get it out so that I can install the new cable today and not have to order a new part, but so far no joy. Any ideas? I tried a #4 sheet metal screw but it's too big to screw down into the remnant to yank out. So far I can't find skinny enough needle nose to reach inside the tube either. :/

do ya have any pointy seal picks ? if so try using them on opposite sides of the broken piece and pull or pry it out. no seal picks ? try to use paperclips straightened out and grind the ends to a point. hopefully the cable didn't get to hot and seize itself in the drive.
