-CHOPPED- Fender *PICs* --UPDATE
I Gots some more Done today .. what I used was purdy simple Tools ... Drill -- Jig-Saw
first of all you have to decide what you want your fender to look like
I did a Search Bobber fenders , to find something I liked , and printed it out so I had somethin to look at in the Garage ...
This was an Experiment so I was just gunna see what Happened...
first thing was to figure out how Long you want your Fender ......
4 and 1/4in. from the middle mounting hole was my pick. First Cut
Then i I figured that 1and 1/2 in. would be enough movement fur da Swingarm so I had to Drill new mounting holes so the finder would set right.. I had my neighbor sit and bounce on the bike while I held a tape measure to see how much the fender actually moved.
and make sure the Computer sets in its Slot I had todo some bending and I made sure the Seat would set right before the Final side Cuts , and I used Lotsa blue masking tape
after that was done I Marked the Sides of the fender for the Finnal Look. AND went at it with a JIG-SAW
