Default Heritage fuel cap. Get a grip

My kids are asking me what to get me for Christmas. I have a 2011 Heritage and thought of an ongoing issue that is irritating. When trying to remove fuel cap there is no way to get an easy grip to turn cap. Does anyone know of a replacement cap or a "fix" to allow an easier grip. I dont want a gaudy replacement cap, just something easier to get a hold of.

I screw mine on until it clicks. It doesnt turn real hard when removing, but I find myself turning it off with both hands or my hands just slip, might just be getting old.

No problems at all on my 2012 Deluxe (Apart from sticking gas in it too often!). Sounds defective - have you shown your dealer? Otherwise, try spinach!
