I tried searching the internet and this forum and I don't see people putting different bars on the slim. I am new to the forum so probably not the best at using it but went through a few pages on the slim pics and seen a lot of customizing but not a lot of people changing the bars. The reason I am asking is because when I get mine I was planning on putting T-bars on it with some risers because I like my hands to be at about shoulder height. I know for different models, depending what bars you go with, changing cable length is not always needed. I was wondering if maybe the way the slim is set up it requires changing cable lengths more so than other bikes or it is just the owners preference the stock look.
T bars don't have risers, they are built in so you just buy the height you want them to be and your stock cables will only reach so far, so if you raise them more than an inch or two then you will most likely have to replace all the cables and get wiring extensions.
Some one with a slim that has changed the bars might be able to chime in for what might fit with stock cables.
