2003 FXST here as well. It is a shame to see them go. Everyone wants big baggers it seems these days.

I like my 94'. I'd add a street glide if I could afford it. But wouldn't trade Her.

I said that too when I had my 99 FXSTC, last year of the evo, and it was the last year of the FXSTC too for a while until it was re-incarnated after taking a back seat to that POS Deuce that came out in 2000. Hence the name Deuce which sprung the ugly bikes like the rocker and what ever ugly looking POS that they came out with.

I rode my buddies SG and it was all over, but getting rid of the softail.
Tried to keep it for while, but thought it futile as it would not get rode much with the SG sitting there.
Kind of a no brainer.
Had over $20 K in the Fxstc.

I'm torn with what they've done with the new Standard (black powdercoat engine and chrome covers). I like the look of black powdercoat and chrome covers...but that's not what the standard was about. I really am torn. I guess I like it more than dislike it

I will never get rid of my 07 FXSTC. I bought the first one the dealer got on the floor in early Aug. 06. I the fall of 09 I made the mistake of trading it on 10 Ultra. In early spring when I saw the dealer still had it, I went back and bought it.

To me it is the way a bike should look. I like the smooth ride. I have just over 8K on it. I limit it to about 1K a year so that it will never get worn out. Should outlast me and look good the whole time.

I thought that HD still makes the FXST for the export market.
