Small progress, I had the tins re-sprayed, I added some red flake and changed the color of the pin-stripe. Once I get the metal work on the front fender finished, ill have the dash, fender struts and the air cleaner cover sprayed all at once.
Its root-beer flake with a small amount of red flake mixed into it. Here's a close up
Right on, thanks for the pic man. I've been kicking around doing a paint job almost exactly like yours for some time now. Did you use House of Kolor flakes?
Btw here is the bike that originally inspired me, it's a '41 knuckle by Jesse James. Great color combo man

Thanks for the complements guys, I appreciate it. This damn project is taking a little longer than I expected it to take. My number 1 priority is my daughter, and money doesnt grow on trees around here, So this bike sits for weeks or even moths at time without getting touched. Im pretty sure some of you guys can relate. Im hoping to have it done by mid march if everything goes right.

Thats a clean bike, i like it... the paint is PPG black base the rootbeer flake is .025 and the red flake is .015 both Roth Flake.

Yeah working on the front fender, its almost done, just gotta run it thru a planisher, throw a little mud on it and sending it off to paint.
