Anyone got any insight on this peculiar trait?
I think everyone feels the need to pass on information of this type as a warning to others to watch out and not to repeat what they, themselves have encountered. I always take these postings as such and appreciate them as such. Other postings, such as, what guns do you have, or show your carry pieces, I do not understand. I prefer not to pass on if, and/or what I may or may not carry, so I do not open these postings.
Just my view...

Dirty FXSTD...sounds like a perfect opportunity to do a rebuild on the bike the way you always wanted it. Of course, with a 6 week delay with the broke arm and all! Glad you weren't hurt worse. Oh yeah, +1 on the avatar!

Bro I know it hurts, but as long as you are OK it will all be fine.
Was riding in Korea up a mountain on this one eyed buffalo path (First Mistake)
And it just ended on a steep hill with a gate. Bike started to slip back down the hill.
Either lay it down or slide off the mountain, had to lay it down.
Sucks, broke scratched parts, but I rode it home,

That is the honest truth. It stinks, but can be fixed.
