still working on the horn...my next attempt will be to install a washer (maybe rubber) between the horn and cover to give some additional space...if that doesn't work then I will try a very thin nut to go between the cover and horn to keep the torque pressure off the horn.

Shouldn't it be easier than this?

My handle bars are Drag Specialties Buffalo Bars 12.5"
The seat is the HD Diamondback seat with chrome tail section

Happy Birthday!! Thirty will be here in a few months for me. However 29 was really good. My better half got me the Deluxe. Can't wait to see what the encore is for 30!
