Help With SE Pro Super Tuner
The bike is an 09 Rocker with a Hypercharger Intake, Vance & Hines Pipes, and SE 211 cams. While in Australia, a Harley dealer talked him into purchasing the Screamin Eagle Pro Race Tuner. I recommended another product but it's a done deal. The instructions with the Race Tuner were more confusing than helpful and we found more helpful information on Youtube. The idea was to mate the Pro Tuner with the bike and load the appropriate Map from the provided software package. No such luck.
We loaded the software into his laptop and connected the laptop and Tuner to the bike. Energized the bike, and the tuner married up to the ECM properly. Searched the web for up-dated software but found none. Everything up to this point was going smoothly and we were now ready to reflash the ECM with one of Harley's pre-installed Maps however there was no Map that matched his 09 Rocker.
Ended up calling Harley Australia and talked to the tech rep who sold him the tuner. He instructed us to use a Map for an 07 Softail due to the fact that the electronics were the same. We and the tech rep together found a map for an 07 Softail with stage 1 intake and exhaust but nothing which included SE 211 cams. The tech rep who was still on the phone confirmed that there was no appropriate map containing the 211 cams.
We were then instructed by the tech rep to use the 07 Softail map which included stage 1 intake and exhaust and to then change the displacement from 96 cubic inches to 98 cubic inches. This virtual increase in displacement would prompt the ECM to inject more fuel thereby enriching the air fuel mixture. The bike runs better but definitely isn't properly tuned.
Anyone with Pro Race Tuner experience please chime in.

Yes, I live in Olongapo and yes, the US Military pulled out in 91. Subic Bay and Clark are now Free Port Industrial Zones. Olongapo is a nice quiet place to live. Great retirement area. The country has come a long way from what you remember from the 70's. We have major highways and proper shopping malls. There are however still some of the attractions you remember which I can't write about on this site!!!
There are a small number of Harley's in country which have been brought in by individual owners at great expense. Roughly 80 sometimes 100 percent customs import tax. A used Harley in the states selling for $10,000 will cost you double that here.
