Default riser questions

i put a set of harley 4" pullback risers (56006-82a) on my 98 fatboy.look nice and should do the job, no new cables required.
have a couple questions...

the manual says torque to 25-35ft-lbs the directions that came with the risers say 50-60 ft-lbs (flstf is not listed on the instructions). should i go with the torque from the manual or the instructions that came with them?

also noticed the handlebar clamp slightly touches the top edge of the speddo/dash now when it goes far left/right. does'nt seem to impede the turning just a little harder, but i wonder if anyone else had this happen, likely worst case is a scratched dash, but i figured i would check..
Thanks JP

I believe the smaller cap bolts would use the lower torque rating and the actual riser to tree bolts would use the higher torque value.

as for hitting the console, can you loosen the center nut and try to move the console a bit ?
