Default Do I have to torque my riser bolts?

I'm installing apes on my bike, and what I'm going with are Alloy Art Delisle 3/4" aluminum risers, with Alloy Art Gooden Tight poly bushings with the flush mount screws.

Problem is I don't know what I should torque them to. Being aluminum I'm leery of tightening to factory specs and stripping them.

Do you think it's safe or wise to just use blue loctite on them and snug them up firm?

Anyone else running aluminum risers, and if so, what did you do?

EDIT: I emailed Alloy Art a few days ago asking their recommendations, but have not heard back from them.

Heli coil them and then you can tighten them as tight as you want.

That's definitely what I'll have to do should I strip them, but there's got to be a correct installation before it gets to the point of it pulling out the threads.

I jsut tighten mine until they feel "good and tight". Never had an issue except for bars slipping in the clamp which is why I helicoiled them eventually. My new risers have set screws in them so I will never have this problem. I am sure there is a torque spec but i do not know what it is. manual is at the shop.
