Default carlini support ACES!!!!!!!!!!!

carlini support ACES!!!!!!!!!!!-risers.jpghello fellas,i wanted to give high remarks to carlini and there coustomer support, and tell you the story,
today while cleaning the bike i noticed that on my chrome high roller risers, there was pitting and flakeing in several spots.i noticed it in a couple spots several months ago and payed it no more attention.well it got worse and looked really bad.i bought these risers back on 4/2011 along with the 18 inch apes.

the apes are still in great shape, with no defects at all.so i took some pictures of the risers explained my concerns in an email today at 1230 pm and sent it to team carlini,at 430 pm they called me to verify my address and told me they were sending me a new set and to put the old ones in the box and return them.

that is some of the best coustmer service i have ever recieved, they explained that these things happin and they are happy to replace the pitted and peeling ones and were sorry for the inconvience.its great to see them stand behind there products and there warrentys, they truly are an outstanding company to deal with and i could not be a more satisfied consumer.i will continue to buy there products,as i feel they are second to none imo.thanks carlini.

I went through 2 sets of High Roller risers on my Deluxe....every time they were tightened, the corners would crack and the chrome would flake. They said that the installer was over tightening them. After 2 sets.....brand new!, I ended up getting a refund and going with DRAG Big Buffalo risers. The metal for Carlini risers looked cheap under the cracker and flaked chrome.

I traded it in....the problem was the corners of the risers....

I echo the comments above -- Carlini customer service (Rex) is the BEST. I scratched up the base of my risers -- my fault -- and they replaced the base of both free. Not only is the quality of their bars, risers and air cleaners second to none, their customer service is the best!

Just wanted to chime in that i also had a great customer experience with Carlini. To make a long story short... I had called on miscommunication on bars and the Carlini gang made it straight. Tony himself called me and made things right. I only can say positive right now.

I am doing a few more mods on my bike, but when I finish, I will throw some picks up on the bike and show case the Carlini bars! They are top notch for sure.
