Looking for a map on Power Commander site that will get me by for a couple weeks until I can get my bike to a tuner and get a custom map. I have a 95", 9.8:1 compression, mild head and valve work, SE204 cams, flat top pistons, Zippers maxflow intake, 48mm throttle body. Bike was previously tuned using Direct Link tuner, but am tired of driving 6 hours to get it tuned everytime I make a change. I just installed a Fatcat 2-1 exhaust with quiet baffles and decided I would go back to a PCIII so I have some local tuning options.
Can't find any maps on PC site for my setup with Fatcat exhaust. Did find similar builds with Thunderheader and V&H 2-1. Can anyone tell me if one of the other 2-1 exhaust maps would be a closer match to the Fatcat setup. Can't imagine there would be a big difference between any of teh good 2-1 pipes. Like I said, I will get it tuned in the next month or so and am just looking for a map to get me by until then. May take it to Lozano Brothers, who have very good rep in racing/tuning and only about an hour away.
Loved the look of the old Bassani ProStreet 2-2 turnout pipes, but can't stand the idea of leaving power on the table, so figured I'd give the Fatcat a try.
Tried both the maps. TH map was better, but still popped. V&H map popped like crazy. Do these Fatcats flow that much more than the others, or is it other mods I have? Any recommendations on other maps?
