I just picked up a Kuryakyn Airmaster Deluxe with the older part# 1332 (non-internal ipod stereo)for half price. Trying to get my front light setup situated for my fatboy to get it to fit. The HD aux lightbar won't drop all the way down so I'm totally removing it to get everything fit before sending it off for paint.
Just curious, how tall are you guys? I'm fairly short at 5'7". Not sure if I'll have a tough time seeing over the windshield if I did get one.
Depending on the brand and model fairing, there should be different height windsheilds. FYI, I am slightly shorter than you and could have probably ordered a taller windshield but I wanted a "low" windshield. However, I do wear Willey-X glasses with a goggle insert.
My fatboy is so darn comfy to ride, I think I may just plunk down some coin for a fairing. Would look good with highway bars. Dont know where to start looking and who the vendors are?

Thanks for the info. I will do some more research on the different brands

To name a few, Reckless, Hoppe, Dragonfly Concepts, Kuryakyn, Woody's & Sportech. I may have missed a few, but all of these make one that will fit a softy.
Kozy.......that is one nice lookin bike there. And I love the before and after, with and without the fairing. Just looks great. I can't believe that I'm just getting back into the forums here and was initially getting really involved because I'm ready to pull the trigger on wheels. Now I see a Fatty with a Fairing, start to research and find all these sweet lookin bikes with Fairings and all of a sudden I'm thinkin I gotta do that too. Damn, My wife is gonna hate this forum by the time I get through spending !!!!!
