I hear you. BTW, some of the folks here have already mentioned it, but your bike looked great just the way it was. That said, it's really transforming once again into an awesome bike.

With all those ribs it's going to be more aerodynamic now. I hear they add horsepower, too

Great job so far Motown! Looks good. The chrome will help it slide through the wind.

Well, that settles it...... we can never ride together. It'll make my bike look like complete garbage. I hope you're happy with your self. I think if you go any longer than 39" with the cholos, they might get taken out by the potholes.
Bike already looked great, now it's just looking amazing.

Bullshit, we are riding this year! You still thinking about getting that pan? A nice pan resto would make mine look like chopped liver. Devil be dammed man, just do it!

Oh, it will be mine. May get it at the end of summer. Have to get the house in order to sell first.
My vision for it are as followed......
Black rigid frame, I have a 6" over custom springer black over chrome with the springs brass color. Black rims with copper spokes and brass nipples at the rim. Copper and brass hard lines. Custom sissy bar (by yours truly) solo sprung seat, stretched sporty tank. Black paint with brass flakes. Fishtail exhaust and drag bars.
